Evaluation of Resident
INSTRUCTIONS
Go to the ACOOG website (http://acoog.org).
From the menu, select Education, then Residency Program to reach the ACOOGnet page.
On the ACOOGnet page, under Resident Online Evaluations, select Residents.  Login with your AOA number and password.

You will see a summary of your residency evaluations.  The right-most column is titled Competencies.  Click on a the button labeled View.
You will then see your Program Director's Evaluation in seven core competencies. You will View each competency one at a time.
              
Once you have reviewed the summary of all of your competency evaluations,check the box to certify that you have reviewed this report and click the Sign button.
Once you certify and Sign this report, it will change the Resident Review status to complete and show the date it was signed.
